Friday Night Christmas Frolic on the Square
The Chamber of Commerce, along with the City of Ava, sponsors this free festive event on the Ava square each year. Kids, and kids at heart, can visit Santa in the gazebo, listen to a Christmas story, enjoy fun holiday activities with Girls Scouts and Frontier Girls, and make and take some Christmas crafts!
Christmas music is sure to be in the air with the Ava High School Jazz Band playing, and the Ava High School Chamber Choir leading everyone in some good old fashioned Christmas caroling. Proverbs 15 Photography will be taking pictures with Santa, we will be crowning Master and Miss Merry Christmas, and the Kiwanis Club will be selling tasty treats and hot drinks! Be sure to stop in and visit the open businesses on the square! And remember to “Shop at Home for the Holidays”!
