Event Description:
The Douglas County Fair is nesseled in the heart of the scenic Ozark Mountians, located in Ava, Missouri- a short drive from Springfield, Missouri or Northern Arkansas. The Douglas County Fair has remained a Traditional County Fair for more than 75 consecutive years. The Douglas County Fair offers attractions for the young and young at heart alike, such as the Home Economics & Still Exhibits, Livestock Exhibits, Ag. Mechanics, Farm Crop Exhibits as well as a variety of Entertainment. We are a not for profit community run organization which is coordinated through the services provided by our volunteers.
