DEMONSTRATES SCIENCE, SKILL, AND SERVICE
Since 1933, ham radio operators across North America have established temporary ham radio stations in public locations during Field Day to showcase the science and skill of Amateur Radio. This event is open to the public and all are encouraged to attend.
We will be setting up on the 25th starting at 9:00 a.m. and will be on the air around Noon and will be going all night long and will finish up at around Noon 26th.
We are inviting all citizens, and would love to have elected officials, EMA Directors and Assistants, Law Enforcement, EMS, and Fire Departments to come and meet ham operators who will be available for you to call on during a disaster or event.
