The Ava Art Guild will hold its November meeting on the first Saturday at 1:30 in the Ava Police Building (former Rawlings Plant), 504 NW 12th Ave, Ava. After a brief business meeting, the workshop will consist of holiday ornament construction to prepare for the Guild's hosting of a Festival of Arts during the week of Dec. 7-11 when members will hold storytelling and Christmas tree viewing for area children. The Guild invites area families and friends to the Holiday Open House on Dec. 12th featuring artwork and holiday decorations to admire or purchase.
