Lions Club Annual Walk/Run for Sight

Saturday, May 12, 9:00AM Lions Walk/Run for Sight
This 1,2,3,5,10 K Walk/Run Begins and Ends at Cross Point Church on Y Hwy. Registration Begins at 8:00AM Fee: $10 PLUS 1 can of food to be donated to the food harvest. You may mail in your check and registration form. Trophies to winners of each class. This is a community event and all ages of walkers and runners welcome. Special class for dog walkers this year. Bring your dog and let it walk/run with you. Be a participant then take the food coupons, drink coupons and discount coupons from local merchants and enjoy the fruits of your efforts. Last year all participants received a runners packet worth over $400 in prizes, food and coupons. Contact Larry Morrison, 417-683-0188, 417-849-1875 or any Lions member for additional information. Registrations forms may be picked up at any of the event sponsors including, Ava Chamber of Commerce. All monies raised will stay in the Ava and Douglas County area.
